Thanks for shopping at www.lotmaxx.com We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. 

For returns and exchanges, please contact us at service@lotmaxx.com  for the exact shipping address pertaining to your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria Unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All accessories must be returned in the original packaging. We do not support returns if the machine has been disassembled or damaged, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase if your item was not purchased directly from us. Orders cancelled by the customer after shipment may be returned to us, less any applicable shipping charges associated with the cancelled order. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in any way possible, but the ultimate responsibility for loss and/or delay lies with the carrier.
